Oh goodness, this is superb! The pose, the colours and shades (well, even though it originally was a grayscale painting), composition, everything is beautiful! But what I like most is the style, and how it was painted! Did you use specific brushes, or was it the result of effort and time well spent on it?
Anyway, this is simple and yet it's so nicely done~ Good job!

The painting was done entirely with one brush. It was one of the default brushes that comes with Photoshop, except with some slight modifications in the Brushes palette. I hope this answers your question!
